Abstract submission closed on February 2, 2015. While we are no longer accepting submissions for Seattle, we hope that you will consider submitting an abstract for the JSM 2016 program beginning in December.

If you would like to participate in the JSM 2015 program as a session chair, please contact a member of the program committee.

Notification of abstract acceptance and program scheduling — The presenting authors listed on each abstract were notified via email on March 31, 2015, of the following:

  • Session number
  • Date and time of session in which abstract has been programmed
  • Contact information for session chair
  • A web link to the preliminary online program
  • A web link to the site where you can edit your abstract through April 16, 2015
  • A web link to detailed information about your responsibilities as a JSM organizer, chair, discussant, speaker, panelist, or poster presenter
  • Draft manuscript deadlines
  • Speaker Management Room information

Draft Manuscript Deadline — All presenters must send proof of a paper in progress and their abstract ID to the appropriate JSM session chair by May 15, 2015. Proof of a paper in progress can be a draft manuscript, detailed outline, PowerPoint slides, etc. If you do not send the required proof in a timely manner, your paper will be deleted from the program and be ineligible for publication in the JSM Proceedings. This requirement applies to all contributed and topic-contributed speakers (including poster presentations) and to invited sessions with discussants
