Submit an Abstract
Abstract Submission
- Invited abstracts will be accepted in May 2022, once the invited program has been finalized.
- Contributed, poster, and roundtable abstracts will be accepted for consideration May 2 – June 30, 2022 (11:59 p.m. ET).
Only online submissions will be considered.
A limited number of contributed abstracts will be accepted. The program committee will select abstracts that clearly demonstrate the importance of the topic and quality of its contributions. Online submission of contributed, poster, and roundtable abstracts will be open until June 30, 2022.
To make sure your abstract has the best chance of being accepted, please explain why your work is relevant to contemporary health policy and why it is well suited for ICHPS. The theme of the conference is “Upgrading the pipeline from health data to health policy.”
We encourage submissions from students and junior investigators and are aiming to have as diverse a program as possible in terms of participant background and culture, field of research, type of position (i.e., academic, industry, government), and level of seniority. As part of your description (optional), please feel free to add a note regarding how your presentation might address our diversity mission.
Contributed Abstracts will be grouped by the ICHPS Organizing Committee to create sessions that include up to seven presentations (approximately 15 minutes each).
Posters Abstracts will be selected by the ICHPS Organizing Committee and placed into hour-long sessions. Each presenter is provided a 4’ high x 8’ wide (122 cm x 244 cm) poster board on which to display a summary of their paper. Presenters must remain in the vicinity of the poster board for the duration of the session to answer questions. Note that poster presenters are not supplied with audiovisual equipment or electricity.
Roundtable Abstracts will be selected by the ICHPS Organizing Committee. When you submit a roundtable topic, you will automatically be considered the roundtable leader. Each table will accommodate 8–10 participants.
