Thank you for your interest in the 2026 Women in Statistics and Data Science Conference. Registration will open June 1.

Registration includes admission to keynote, plenary, concurrent, and poster sessions; the Opening Mixer on Wednesday; the reception on Thursday; and breakfast on Thursday and Friday.

Local Chapter Members

Members of the ASA Cincinnati, Columbus, Central Indiana, and Kentucky chapters will receive an automatic $50 discount on their registration.

Registration Add-Ons

Add-ons are events with limited availability. Fees for add-ons are in addition to conference registration fees. If you intend to register onsite for a short course, please check online registration to verify availability.

Guest Registration – $150
Guest registration allows admission to the Wednesday Opening Mixer and Poster Session, Thursday and Friday poster sessions with continental breakfast, and Thursday reception.

Cancelation Policy

Cancelations received by September 15, 2026, will be refunded, less 20% all items. Requests for refunds received after September 15 will not be honored. All cancelations must be made in writing and emailed to asainfo@amstat.org; faxed to (703) 997-7299; or mailed to WSDS Registration, 732 N. Washington Street, Alexandria, VA 22314.

Public Health Information

The ASA is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all event attendees. All requirements outlined by the Cincinnati Health Department at the time of the 2026 Women in Statistics and Data Science Conference will be in effect and enforced during the conference. As these requirements are ever-changing, please check back frequently.

Note that by checking the ASA policies box during the registration process or remitting the PDF registration form, you agree to adhere to the precautions and policies contained herein and acknowledge, understand, and freely assume all risks related to illness and infectious diseases by attending this event. You understand refusal to adhere to these policies and abide by these precautions may result in immediate removal from the event and cancelation of your registration, without receiving a refund.

Tips for an Easy Registration

You can expect delays due to heavy volume near registration deadlines, so register early.
To avoid multiple registrations and charges, only submit your registration once. Please do not fax a registration you have also mailed.
Know your organization’s reimbursement policies before you register.
Payment must accompany registration; purchase orders are not accepted. Registrations received without payment will not be processed.
Be sure to submit check requests to your organization in sufficient time to meet registration deadlines.
Using a departmental credit card? Don’t forget to obtain permission from the cardholder in advance of registration deadlines and be clear about what you may charge to that card.
The ASA’s registration staff can assist you if you need to use multiple forms of payment.
