Details
Exhibit space allows for tabletop exhibits and small displays only; signage must be behind your table. No rigging. Booth numbers will not be assigned. If you are attending only in your capacity as an exhibitor, conference registration is not required; however, if you wish to attend sessions or events, you must also register for the conference.
Cancellations will be refunded prior to July 18, 2018, less 50%. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Amy Farris.

Place an ad in the conference program—the most highly used resource of the conference–distributed to each attendee.
Full-Page: $750

Ads are 15-second spots shown on electronic displays throughout the conference.
Per Digital Ad: $500
WSDS Conference Bag Insert
Provide us with your company’s fliers or brochures and we will include them in the conference bag for each registrant.
