Panelists will give short presentations sharing their experiences and offering advice for first-year and early career faculty. The presentations will be followed by time for audience questions and discussion. The panel will offer the perspectives of faculty who have just completed their first year, faculty midway through the tenure process, recently tenured faculty, and a senior faculty mentor.
