Postdoctoral positions are increasingly common in statistical sciences and can be an important step in one's postgraduate career, expanding horizons and providing experience, mentoring, and networking opportunities. In this panel discussion, we will discuss our postdoctoral experiences, including reasons for choosing the postdoc, and how completing a postdoc has impacted our careers.
