This panel will explore the roles of both mentors and mentees at all levels of academia: students, post-doctoral fellows, junior faculty, senior faculty. We will discuss the nature of these relationships and the responsibilities and expectations of all participants. We will highlight strategies that work well and those that do not. Panelists will provide illustrative examples of beneficial relationships and lessons learned along the way.
