Description

The papers in this session evaluate coverage of housing units in the 2000 Census using results from the Accuracy and Coverage Evaluation survey. Analysis identified housing unit characteristics related to being missed, duplicated, or erroneously enumerated. We also examine the level of consistency of the poststratum variables between the census and the survey, and determine how often the Census classified vacant units as occupied.
