Chapter Challenge
Help your chapter be a 2025 Chapter Challenge winner by filling in your chapter’s name in the space indicated on the donation page when donating on Giving Day. Each donation equals one chance for your chapter to win, and there will be one chapter winner drawn for each region. The more people from your chapter who donate, the greater your chapter’s chance to win! Winners will be announced on November 24 and receive the following:
- Bragging rights for one year
- A visit (either virtual or in person) from the ASA executive director during a chapter event
- An ASA goody bag to use as a door prize at a chapter event
- Announcement in Amstat News

University Challenge
Show some school spirit by selecting your favorite university when you make your donation on ASA Giving Day. The university “team” that raises the most money wins and will receive the following:
- Bragging rights for one year
- Giveaway/door prize item at that university’s reception during JSM
- Announcement in Amstat News and on the ASA’s website

New! Section Showdown
Does your section have what it takes to come out on top? When you make your Giving Day donation, fill in your section in the “Contests” area of the donation page. Every gift helps your section compete for the title of MVP (Most Valuable Percentage), awarded to the section with the highest percentage of members who donate. Are you a member of more than one section? No problem! There’s no limit to the number of times you can donate—just limit it to one donation per section. The MVP section and honorable mention will be announced on November 24 and receive the following:
- A voucher for a mixer at JSM ($500 for MVP and $250 for honorable mention)
- An ASA goody bag to be used as a door prize
- Announcement in Amstat News

Donate and then use #ASAGivingDay on LinkedIn and tag @AmstatNews on Facebook to encourage others to join you in donating. Participants will be entered into a prize drawing.
Early Bird*
Donate between 9–10 a.m. ET on ASA Giving Day and be entered into a prize drawing.
Afternoon Energizer*
Donate between 3–4 p.m. ET on ASA Giving Day and be entered into a prize drawing.
