Thank you for your interest in the 2022 Symposium on Data Science & Statistics. Registration is now closed. If you attended the 2022 Symposium on Data Science & Statistics and need a copy of your registration confirmation or receipt, please email ASA Customer Service at asainfo@amstat.org or call (888) 231-3473.

Registration Fees

Registration includes admission to the Opening Mixer and plenary, concurrent, and poster sessions; continental breakfast for Wednesday through Friday; refreshment breaks; and exhibitor access.

Registration Add-Ons

Add-ons are ticketed events that have limited availability. Fees for add-ons are in addition to conference registration fees. If you intend to register onsite for a short course, please check the online registration to verify availability.

Guest Registration – $170
Guest registration allows admission to the Opening Mixer, poster sessions/refreshments, and continental breakfast Wednesday through Friday. Admission to other conference sessions and events is not included.

Short Courses
One full-day and five half-day short courses will be offered Tuesday, June 7, for an additional fee.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellations received by April 27, 2022, will be refunded, less 20% all items. Requests for refunds received after April 27 will not be honored. All cancelations must be made in writing and emailed to ASAInfo@amstat.org; faxed to (703) 997-7299; or mailed to SDSS Registration, 732 N. Washington Street, Alexandria, VA 22314.

COVID-19

The ASA is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all event attendees. All mandates outlined by the City of Pittsburgh at the time of the 2022 Symposium on Data Science & Statistics will be in effect and enforced during the conference. As these mandates are ever-changing, the ASA is closely monitoring them and will update registrants of requirement changes prior to the conference.

Please note that by checking the ASA policies box during the registration process or remitting the PDF registration form, you agree to adhere to the precautions and policies contained herein and acknowledge, understand, and freely assume all risks related to illness and infectious diseases by attending this event. You understand that refusal to adhere to these policies and abide by these precautions may result in immediate removal from the event and cancelation of the registration, without receiving a refund.

Tips for an Easy Registration

You can expect delays due to heavy volume near registration deadlines, so register early.
To avoid multiple registrations and multiple charges, only submit your registration once. Please do not fax a registration you have also mailed.
Know your organization’s reimbursement policies before you register.
Payment must accompany registration; purchase orders are not accepted. Registrations received without payment will not be processed.
Be sure to submit check requests to your organization in sufficient time to meet registration deadlines.
Using a departmental credit card? Don’t forget to obtain permission from the cardholder in advance of registration deadlines and be clear about what you may charge to that card.
The ASA’s registration staff can assist you if you need to use multiple forms of payment.
