Thank you for your interest in JSM 2025. Registration is now open. Online registration will remain open through the end of the conference; however, PDF registration will close July 17, 2025, to allow our staff time to prepare materials and travel.
If you submitted an abstract and paid the mandatory, nonrefundable submission fee between December 4, 2024, and February 3, 2025, you will be able to use the nontransferable discount code found on your submission confirmation email when you register.
We understand these are challenging times for many in our community, and we're committed to making JSM 2025 accessible to all. Please use this form to submit your request for a discounted registration.

Good to Know
- Register early to avoid delays.
- Avoid multiple registrations and charges by submitting your registration only once.
- Know your organization’s reimbursement policies before you register.
- Submit check requests to your organization in sufficient time to meet registration deadlines.
- Obtain permission from the cardholder in advance of registration deadlines if you’re using a departmental credit card. A customer service representative can assist you if you need to use multiple forms of payment.
