Each exhibit booth includes the following:
- A 10’ x 10’ booth
- ID sign
- Three exhibitor badges
- Exhibitor synopsis listed in the app
- Daily cleaning of aisles and common areas
Exhibitor space reservations will open December 1, 2023. You may submit your commitment form at any time and indicate your preferred space(s). Exhibitors will be assigned space in rounds based on their length of time exhibiting at JSM on a first-come, first-served basis. Space will be assigned during the following time bands:
- Round 1 (15 or more years): December 1–6, 2023
- Round 2 (11–14 years): December 7–15, 2023
- Round 3 (6–10 years): December 18–31, 2023
- Round 4 (1–5 years): January 1–12, 2024
Open selection for new exhibitors begins January 15, 2024.

Fees

Three exhibitor badges are provided per booth. Additional badges are available for $100 each. An exhibitor representative must be present when the EXPO is open. Exhibitor badges do not provide entry into sessions.
Cancelation Policy
Exhibitor cancelations will be refunded prior to May 1, 2024, less 50% per booth. No refunds will be given after May 1, 2024.
All cancelations must be submitted in writing to Amy Farris.
