Shuttle service is provided between McCormick Place and the Hilton Chicago and Palmer House hotels approximately every 20 minutes. Shuttle information signs can be found in the lobbies of both hotels and McCormick Place.

* All shuttle buses departing McCormick Place West will stop at the Hilton Chicago from 3:45pm – 4:45pm. Special departures from Hilton Chicago returning to Palmer House Hilton and Hyatt Regency McCormick Place will occur at 6:30pm and 6:45pm.
** All shuttle buses departing McCormick Place West will stop at the Hilton Chicago from 3:45pm – 4:45pm. Service continues between Hilton Chicago and Palmer House Hilton/Hyatt Regency McCormick Place every 15-20 minutes from 6:15pm – 12:30am.

- Shuttle service is NOT provided to the Sheraton Grand Chicago.
- Please note that you must present your JSM badge to access the shuttle.
