Conference Registration

Registration included admission to the opening mixer; plenary, concurrent, and poster sessions; continental breakfast for Wednesday and Thursday; refreshment breaks; and access to exhibitors.

Registration Add-Ons

Add-ons are ticketed options with limited availability. Fees for add-ons are in addition to conference registration fees. If you intend to register onsite for a short course, tutorial, or practical computing demonstration, please check the online registration to verify availability.

Guest Registration – $155
Guest registration allows admission to the opening mixer, poster sessions, and continental breakfast for both Wednesday and Thursday mornings. Admission to other conference sessions and events is not included.

Tutorials – $75
Afternoon tutorials will be offered Thursday, February 29.

Practical Computing Demonstrations – $0
Practical computing demonstrations will be held Thursday, February 29, for no additional cost; however, pre-registration is requested to ensure proper preparation.

Career Service – $0
The CSP Career Service is not your typical career fair. It is an online service that focuses on providing opportunities for candidates to interview with top statistical employers. Post your profile and résumé, search for positions, and contact employers of interest all through our online service. Employers will arrange interviews with you directly.

Cancelation Policy

Cancelations received by January 30, 2024, will be refunded, less 20 percent all items. Requests for refunds received after January 30 will not be honored. All cancelations must be made in writing and emailed to ASAInfo@amstat.org; faxed to (703) 997-7299; or mailed to CSP Registration, 732 N. Washington Street, Alexandria, VA 22314.

Registration and Travel Support

The Lester R. Curtin Award, John J. Bartko Scholarship Award, and Lingzi Lu Memorial Award provide funds for conference and course registration to help promising young health statisticians. View the Awards page for details.

Avoid Headaches!
Plan Ahead!

You can expect delays due to heavy volume near registration deadlines. Register early!
To avoid multiple registrations and multiple charges, only submit your registration once. Please do not fax a registration that you have also submitted by mail.
Know your organization’s reimbursement policies before you register.
Payment must accompany registration; purchase orders are not accepted. Registrations received without payment will not be processed.
Registrations are not accepted by telephone or email.
Be sure to submit check requests to your organization in sufficient time to meet registration deadlines.
Using a departmental credit card? Don’t forget to obtain permission from the cardholder in advance of registration deadlines and be clear about what you may charge to that card. The ASA’s registration staff can assist you if you need to use multiple forms of payment.
