Real-life examples and crucial conversations encountered will be presented. Completed projects/studies involving multidisciplinary teams in which major organizational impact was made will be shared. Novel ideas and strategies for effective communication, making organizational impact, and navigating through the career path presented here will translate to any field, whether statistical or nonstatistical.
