G.R.O.W. is a coaching model that will help you achieve your goals, move projects forward, empower yourself and others, and be more efficient and effective. You will learn a simple process and the tools needed to apply these coaching skills in a broad range of situations. During this interactive session, you be inspired to take steps toward the goal of your choice and establish a path to achieving the goal. Furthermore, once you understand the process, you will be able to use it over and over to continue achieving, whether it is a one-day or long-term goal. Perhaps even more important, you will be able to apply this process to situations with others to empower them to achieve and move their projects forward, establishing yourself as a trusted leader or consultant. This world-renown model is used in government, industry, and academia with leaders of all levels to reduce procrastination, achieve more with less effort, develop wisdom, develop direct reports—allowing them to take on more responsibility and allowing you the time to focus on other tasks—and increase sales.
