Submit an Abstract
- Abstract submissions for roundtable discussion topic proposals will be accepted January 22 to March 29, 2019
- Abstract submissions for poster proposals will be accepted January 22 to April 12, 2019
- Abstract submissions for accepted parallel sessions will be open April 15, 2019 – May 17, 2019
**Organizers and Speakers: You will need your session ID to make edits to your original proposal and abstract for accepted parallel sessions.
An email confirming your submission will be sent to the email address you provided. If you do not receive the email confirmation, or if you encounter difficulties with this system, please contact the ASA Meetings Department at meetings@amstat.org or (703) 684-1221.
Best Poster Competition
We encourage poster presenters to participate in the poster competition. To allow time for judging, participants must send an electronic version of their accepted poster to Kristin Mohebbi at kristin@amstat.org by August 30, 2019. Three best posters will be selected, and winners will be recognized during the workshop plenary session on September 24, 2019.
