AV & Speaker Management
AV and Speaker Management System
- Each session room will be equipped with a PC-compatible laptop, LCD projector, screen, switch box (for those who wish to use their own laptop), and lectern with wired microphone. Additional equipment must be ordered and paid for by the presenter. Please note that overhead projectors, internet access, and laser pointers will not be provided.
- A speaker management system will be available for JSM 2016. To ease the transitions between talks, this system includes the ability to upload presentations in advance or onsite in the Speaker Management Room, CC-W181c.
- Whether speakers upload their presentations before JSM, upload onsite, or plan to use the switchbox and their own laptop, we ask that all speakers and discussants check in at the JSM Speaker Management Room at least four hours prior to their scheduled presentation.
- Detailed information and instructions for uploading presentations in advance were sent via email to all session speakers on Thursday, July 7. If you did not receive this message, please contact meetings@amstat.org.
