ICHPS Needs Your Support!

The International Conference on Health Policy Statistics (ICHPS) has a limited number of sponsorship opportunities currently available:

	Opening Day Mixer & Poster Session		$4,000 (exclusive) or $2,000 (shared)
	Audio-visual support for conference		$4,000
	Breakfast & Poster Session		$3,000
	Coffee break (morning)		$2,500 per day
	Coffee break (afternoon)		$2,500 per day
	General Meeting Sponsorship		$1,000 (multiple available)
	Lanyards     SOLD		$750 (ASA to produce) or $400 (sponsor to produce)
	Student Travel awards		$500 (multiple available)

If you choose to help the conference in this way, ASA staff will work with you to associate your organization's name or logo with the item. In addition, all sponsors will be acknowledged on the ICHPS website and in Amstat News.

Opening day mixer & poster session

Includes prominent signage acknowledging your organization's contribution to the Wednesday evening mixer and poster session.

This will be acknowledged with your logo and name on the home screen in all sessions. This is an exclusive item, and will defray part of the contractor's cost.

Student Travel Awards

These will be acknowledged in the final program, during the opening mixer, and in a letter to each recipient. These awards will go to students who would otherwise not be able to attend because of travel costs. Multiple awards are available.

Co-Sponsorship: $500

These opportunities are available first-come first-serve, so act quickly. If interested, please complete the above form and return it to ASA by close of business September 10, 2015 at meetings@amstat.org.

Program Book Advertising Opportunities

The program book is the most-used resource for all ICHPS attendees. Provided to every registrant, it contains the dates, times, and locations for sessions and networking events, as well as conference floor plans.

Advertising rates are:

Back Cover (color) - $1100
1/4 Page Ad (b&w) - $250
