Submit an Abstract
- Roundtable proposal submission February 11 – March 26, 2026
- Poster proposal submission February 11 – April 7, 2026
- Abstract submissions for accepted parallel sessions April 1–21, 2026
When you submit a roundtable topic, you will automatically be considered the roundtable leader, so you cannot submit more than one roundtable discussion topic. Enter your name and contact information as the organizer and author. Note that if you have a co-author and/or organizer, they will not be automatically registered for the roundtable; you must contact the ASA Meetings Department for registration information. Please limit the number of speakers for each table to two.
A poster session is a presentation in which elements such as maps, photographs, graphs, charts, and/or tables are posted on a display board along with brief textual summaries of your work. When entering your abstract, be sure to select only one presenting author. The remaining authors should be listed as co-authors.
An email confirming your submission will be sent to the email address you provide. If you do not receive the email confirmation or encounter difficulties with this system, please email the ASA Meetings Department or call (703) 684-1221.
Best Poster Competition
We encourage poster presenters to participate in the poster competition. During the abstract submission process, be sure to designate that you would like your poster considered for the competition. The three best posters will be selected, and winners will be recognized during the workshop.
Invited Speakers for Accepted Parallel Sessions April 1–21, 2026
Invited parallel session speakers must have the session organizer assign them to a session in the portal before they are able to submit an abstract. If you do not see your session listed in your activity center after logging into your profile, please reach out to your organizer.
If you encounter difficulty with this system, contact the ASA Meetings Department at (703) 684-1221.
*A Note to Speakers from FDA Divisions
Please be sure to list “FDA” or “US Food and Drug Administration” as your affiliation and include your division within the FDA when submitting your abstract. All speakers listing “FDA” as their affiliation will be included in our request to the FDA for speakers to present at the workshop.
