Each exhibit booth includes the following:

  • A 10’ x 10’ booth
  • Black and white ID sign
  • Three exhibitor badges for EXPO hall access
  • Exhibitor synopsis in the JSM app
  • QR code lead retrieval
  • Daily cleaning of aisles and common areas

Not included but required: Carpet is required in the exhibitor booths and throughout the convention center exhibition hall. Carpet will be available for rent through our JSM decorator. You may also provide your own floor covering.

Exhibitor space reservations will open November 2026. You may submit your commitment form at any time and indicate your preferred space(s). Exhibitors will be assigned space in rounds based on their length of time exhibiting at JSM on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibitor reservations remain open until the show is sold out. Please inquire if you have any questions.

Space will be assigned during the following time bands:

  • Round 1 (15+ years): November 9–20, 2026
  • Round 2 (11–14 years): November 23–December 3, 2026
  • Round 3 (6–10 years): December 7–11, 2026
  • Round 4 (1–5 years): December 14–18, 2026

Open selection for all new exhibitors begins January 2027.

Fees

1st End Booth $2,500
Inline Booth $2,250
Additional Booths $2,000

Three exhibitor badges are provided per booth. Additional badges are available for $100 each. An exhibitor representative must be present when the EXPO is open. Exhibitor breakdown is not allowed prior to 2:31 p.m. on August 11, 2027. Exhibitor badges do not provide entry into sessions.

Cancelation Policy

Exhibitor cancelations will be refunded prior to April 29, 2027, less 50% per booth. No refunds will be given after April 29, 2027.
