Registration
Registration opens May 1, 2026. Online registration will remain open through the end of the conference; however, PDF registration will close July 17, 2026, to allow our staff time to prepare materials and travel.
If you submit an abstract between December 2, 2025, and February 2, 2026, you no longer must register at that time. However, there is a mandatory, nonrefundable abstract submission fee/registration deposit. SAVE YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL. It will contain a nontransferable discount code to use when you register—beginning in May 2026—that will reduce your registration fee by $100.
Be sure to provide a valid email address and set your spam-blocking filters to allow emails sent from addresses containing “@amstat.org” and “@email.membersuite.com.”

Good to Know
- Register early to avoid delays.
- Avoid multiple registrations and charges by submitting your registration only once.
- Know your organization’s reimbursement policies before you register.
- Submit check requests to your organization in sufficient time to meet registration deadlines.
- Obtain permission from the cardholder in advance of registration deadlines if you’re using a departmental credit card. A customer service representative can assist you if you need to use multiple forms of payment.
