Abstract:

Previous research showed large health disparities between Native American population and General population. Tribal Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (TBRFSS) provides rich health related information for Native American population located in Oklahoma, Texas, and Kansas. However, it is non-probability sample collected by a combination of convenient event surveys and web surveys. Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) provides annual health information for general population through probability sampling design. In this paper, we compare different data integration approaches including sequential parametric and nonparametric mass imputation approaches and calibration approach for improving the representativeness of TBRFSS.
