Moving our institutions toward justice and equity requires more than being "not racist," it requires active anti-racism. In this roundtable, we will share strategies and tactics for building anti-racist practices into all aspects of academic life: research, teaching, and service. Examples include forming accountability groups, holding journal clubs, examining our citation practices, diversifying syllabi, improving hiring practices, reviewing papers and grants, choosing research methods, honing "bystander" intervention skills, and holding our institutions accountable. People at every level of academic life are very welcome: students, postdocs, and faculty at all ranks.
