Abstract #316748
Title: Inference in a Nonhomogeneous Multilayer Stochastic Block Model
Author(s): Marianna Pensky*
Companies: University of Central Florida
Keywords: stochastic network; clustering ; stochastic block model
Abstract:

The talk considers a multilayer network where each layer follows a stochastic block model, and the layers can be partitioned into groups with distinct connection patterns. Specifically, it is assumed that each of the groups have the same communities. The objective is clustering the layers into groups and subsequent detection of the communities in each of those groups of layers.
