Abstract:

Bayesian inference for extended redundancy analysis with binary response variables is proposed that allows analyzing a variety of directional relationships among multiple sets of variables. For simultaneous variable selection and coefficient estimation, the spike and slab prior has considered on weights in probit extended redundancy analysis. A simulation study is conducted to investigate the performance of the proposed method. The proposed method also applied to Twitter data of political preference to choose relevant explanatory variables in the structure of directional relationship.
