Session Room AV and Speaker Management System

Each technical session room will be equipped with a complimentary PC-compatible laptop, LCD projector, screen, and lectern with microphone. Additional equipment must be ordered and paid for by the presenter. Please note that overhead projectors, Internet access, and laser pointers will not be provided.
A speaker management system will be available for JSM 2014. Each session room will be equipped with a PC-compatible laptop, LCD projector, screen, and switch box (for those who wish to use their own laptop). To ease the transitions between talks, this system will include the ability to upload presentations in advance or onsite in the Speaker Management Room.
Whether speakers upload their presentations before JSM, upload onsite, or plan to use the switchbox and their own laptop we ask that all speakers and discussants check-in at the JSM Speaker Management Room at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled presentation.
Detailed information and instructions for uploading presentations in advance were sent via email to all session speakers on Thursday, July 3. If you did not receive this message, please contact meetings@amstat.org.

Speaker Management Room: CC-256

Speakers are required to check in 4 hours prior to their presentations to upload their materials to the speaker management system or confirm their materials were uploaded correctly. Session chairs also should check in to confirm all speakers have uploaded their materials. Speaker Management Room hours are noted below. In addition, there will be speaker management kiosks located on the throughout the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center technical session rooms allowing speakers easier access to upload their presentations.

Monday - Wednesday	7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Thursday	7:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
