Description
Who wouldn't admit to having room for improvement when it comes to his/her golf game? Presenters in this session will show, by example, how they have taken a proactive attitude towards quality improvement in a wide variety of applications. These applications include: evaluating website usability, quality control of data capture, measuring quality of responses to customer inquiries, applying Six Sigma methods to learning assessment, and identifying critical factors for improved performance in sports.
