Description

In 2001, the U.S. Bureau of the Census twice recommended against releasing adjusted census counts, first after assessing the post-enumeration survey, and later, after examining an extensive program of evaluations. With additional results now available, this decision is reviewed by several speakers and a discussant who have extensive experience planning and analyzing post-enumeration surveys in the U.S., Canada, and the United Kingdom.
