Throughout the last 20+ years, the International Conference on Health Policy Statistics—organized by the Health Policy Statistics Section of the American Statistical Association—has played a vital role in the dissemination of statistical methods to support evidence-based health policy and health care. The conference provides a unique forum for discussing research needs and solutions to the methodological challenges in the design of studies and analysis of data for health policy research.
ICHPS aims to create an interface for practitioners, methodologists, health service researchers, health economists, and policy analysts to exchange and build upon ideas they will disseminate to the broader health policy community.
The theme for the 16th International Conference on Health Policy Statistics is Evidence-Based Policy in Action: Statistics, AI, and Digital Health in Practice.
