John Lin leads a global team of analytics professionals that provide world-class quantitative analytic solutions for Epsilon’s Fortune 500 clients. He has over 20 years of experience in predictive modeling, segmentation, measurement and profiling. John specializes in the strategic and tactical implementation of statistical tools and techniques to maximize the efficiency of clients’ direct marketing efforts. His areas of expertise include modeling techniques, experimental design and multivariate analyses. John led a team that won the 2009 DMA (Direct Marketing Association) analytic challenge. John is a long-time member of the American Statistical Association. He serves on the ASA’s Committee on Applied Statisticians is on the editorial board of Case Studies in Business, Industry, and Government Statistics. John is a frequent speaker at various conferences including DMA (Direct Marketing Association), JSM (Joint Statistical Meeting), TFM&A (Technology for Marketing and Advertisement), PMSA (Pharmaceutical Management Science Association) and last year’s CSP (Conference on Statistical Practice). John holds an M.S. from University of Mississippi in Mathematics, and an M.S. and an A.B.D from University of Memphis in Applied Statistics.

Qizhi Wei joined Epsilon, a leading provider of multi-channel marketing services, as a Vice President at the Strategic Consulting and Advanced Analytics Group in September 2011. His responsibilities include design, management, and consultation on various database marketing analytic projects including predictive modeling, segmentation, measurement and profiling.

Prior to joining Epsilon, Mr. Wei was a Director of Analytics with Merkle, a leading customer relationship marketing agency, between 2007 and 2011. He also spent six years at Epsilon between 2001 and 2007 developing his career in marketing analytics.

Mr. Wei holds a Ph.D. in Economics and a M.S. in Statistics from Washington State University. He received a B.A. in Economics from Nanjing University in China.
