The course will address seven components of accent modification:

Morning session:

• Techniques for controlling speech speed

• Intonation for highlighting ideas

• Articulation and stress patterns for making words clear

Afternoon session:

• Muscularity for vowel and consonant sounds

• Accuracy of spoken grammar

• Phrasing for fluency

• Crafting a personal development plan

Each module contains interactive exercises for skill-building. Note: The sequence and content of the modules will be adjusted based on the aggregate results of the required, online pre-evaluation of oral communication skills.
