A roundtable luncheon on Thursday, September 29, is included with your workshop registration. A vegetarian menu is available.

Short Courses
Eight short courses will be offered Wednesday, September 28, for an additional $105 ($110 after August 26) each. Workshop registration is required to attend short courses.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by 5:00 p.m., ET, on August 30 will be refunded, less a $25 processing fee and $10 processing fee for each short course. Cancellations received from August 31 to September 19 at 5:00 p.m., ET, will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee and $15 processing fee for each short course. Requests for refunds received after 5:00 p.m., ET, September 19 will not be honored.
