Extracting atrial signals from ECGs can be hard, especially if you only have one good lead! To help in this dire situation we have developed a new multitaper spectrum estimation based principal components extraction method. Looking at real ECGs and comparing several common single lead methods to ours, we will show innovation and practical use.
