Long term monitoring can produce a large amount of information but the managers that could use the information lack time, expertise, and data access ability to best leverage the information. We utilize long-term monitoring data from the NPS Southern Colorado Plateau and Greater Yellowstone Network units to investigate visualization techniques of phenological processes. In particular we consider issues associated with functional data analysis, such as curve registration and cluster selection that can work in an ongoing automated fashion. We introduce visualization tools provided to land managers and the software infrastructure to continuously update.
