Abstract:

In practical scenarios of business field and health care area, we want to predict customers' actions through their past behaviors. By tracking customers' past, like purchase or subscriptions records, we would like to know their adherence status dynamically. A customer's longitudinal actions form a behavior sequence, and we are interested in new ideas of these sequential predictions. In this study, we explore new ideas on different adherence measurements and predictions.
