Charge:
To select the recipient of the biennial David Cox Foundations of Statistics Award.
Composition:
The committee consists of five members serving staggered four-year terms. The ASA President-Elect will select one committee member to be chair. Chairs serve for one award cycle (two years). Committee members whose terms have expired cannot immediately be reappointed, but can be reappointed after at least a two-year absence from the committee.
