This session is sponsored by CWS. We will discuss our journeys with the hills and valleys: the positives and the challenges of being a women in Statistics and Data Sciences. We will discuss working across cultures in the fields, including leadership opportunities and the glass ceilings. Our focus will be on the journey of five women as the field of Data Science develops. The theme will be where we were, where we are and where we think we are going. Our speakers will span from retired professors to a current undergraduate student. Each speaker will discuss their points in time with the field and their unique paths. In this session we will concurrently reminiscence and be looking ahead.
