Keywords: Statistical measures, predictivility, modelling

The application of statistics as a measurement science, is widely accepted in various social science disciplines. Since the inception of NCLB (No Child Left Behind) in 2005, ESSA (Every Student Succeed Act) in 2015, the application of statistical modelling has gained prominence in P-16 education leadership. Students’ performance data received from standardized state testing and various other assessments has become the key determining factor for evaluating the districts. However, majority of the time policy makers are overseeing the data predictability aspect and focusing more on the average student performance as the key component of evaluation. The proposed panel is going to discuss about various statistical measures and approaches used in the P-16 education leadership.
