Even the most veteran statisticians and data scientists rarely have up-to-date bibliographies for their abstracts, publications, and various contributions they have accomplished and/or are upcoming. Furthermore, most people do not have a simple and effective way to effectively share their research findings and methodologies. The dialysis provider organization Fresenius Medical Care has used a variety of software platforms and innovative ideas to create a novel workflow process for organizing and tracking published and un-published abstracts, manuscripts, talks, blogs, and contributions that can be shared within and outside the company. The Senior Project Coordinator of a team of healthcare statisticians and data scientists who created this publication database will provide the essential considerations during this session that are applicable to companies, teams, and individuals.
