There are not nearly as many females as males in the software-development/programming field, an area that we can definitely recommend more women in Statistics to get involved in. Several panelists will join together to share candid experiences, inspiring stories, and empowering talks, to encourage more women to consider programming as a choice for their career and to gain the ability and influence to make good software packages to help educate others and make a difference.
