Before anyone finds out that you are a fraud and don’t know what you’re doing, come to this session on how to cope with Imposter Syndrome. The presenter (who is not a real statistician and does not have enough life experience to give career advice to others) will reflect on moments of self-doubt in her career. The presentation will distinguish between those doubts that point to a true mismatch between your skills and career path and those doubts that signal that you are challenging and stretching yourself. We will talk about how in either situation to turn your fears into confidence and opportunity.
