Women play significant leadership roles in Federal statistics. This presentation will describe the role of the federal statistical system and highlight some of the current women leaders. I’ll also share some of my experiences as a statistical leader at the Bureau of Justice Statistics, describe my winding career path, and provide some lessons learned.
