Registration

Thank you for your interest in the 2nd International Conference on Telephone Survey Methodology. Registration is now CLOSED.

Conference Registration Prices:

$495 for advance registrations
$595 for onsite registrations

Conference registration fee includes plenary and conference sessions, welcome reception, continental breakfasts, lunches, and a copy of the published monograph.

Registration Add-Ons

Four short courses will be offered in addition to the conference registration fee. Short courses will be held on Wednesday, January 11, 2006 for an additional fee of $120 each ($180 onsite). Courses are limited to 50 participants each.

Conference guest registration is available for a separate fee of $25. Guest registration includes the welcome reception and the ability to add meals for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to ASAInfo@amstat.org.

Cancellations received by December 21, 2005: Fees will be refunded less a 25% cancellation charge per item cancelled.

Cancellations received after December 21, 2005: No refunds will be issued.
