Depression is a prominent and highly preva- lent nonmotor feature in patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD). In this study, we propose a new family of multinomial tensor regression that leverages whole-brain structural MRI data to discriminate among non-depressed PD (NDPD), depressed PD (DPD), healthy controls (HC), and to assess the special brain microstructures in NDPD and DPD.
