PS23: Advancing Medicine Development Through the Synergy of Quantitative Science Disciplines

In recent years, it has been recognized that quantitative science plays a critical role in medicine development. Reflecting this recognition, the FDA has established the Quantitative Medicine Center of Excellence, fostering collaboration between Clinical Pharmacology/Pharmacometrics and Biostatistics within the regulatory agency. Similarly, exciting multidisciplinary quantitative science collaborations are occurring within the industry. This session aims to highlight the crucial role of these multidisciplinary collaborations with quantitative science departments in advancing drug development.
