Professional Development Course/CE
CANCELLED: Building, Exploring and Interpreting Gaussian Graphical Models for Omics Data in Collaborative Settings
About this session
Gaussian graphical models are increasingly used to model high-dimensional omics data in population health research and clinical trials. This short course will cover introductory and advanced methods in Gaussian graphical models under various study designs. Emphasis will be placed on analysis and interpretation of these models in collaborative settings with multidisciplinary researchers. Key components of R programming will be covered for conducting all analyses. The intended audience is individuals with MS degrees or higher in statistics, biostatistics or bioinformatics. Experience with R programming and some familiarity with high-dimensional omics data are assumed.
