About this session

Panelists to share thoughts along the following: Design and analysis of trials for assessing heterogeneity of individual treatment. Multiple perspectives e.g., pooling trials for studying heterogeneity, Bayesian approaches to measuring and quantifying TRH, or the role of testing variances (SDIR) to determine if TRH exists. Treatment heterogeneity, from a meta-analytic standpoint. Precision improvement in estimating treatment effect through novel summary measure, baseline-covariate adjustment/imputation strategy and taking advantages of features of disease progression.
