Each exhibit booth includes the following:

  • A 10’ x 10’ booth
  • ID sign
  • Three exhibitor badges
  • Exhibitor synopsis listed in the app
  • Daily cleaning of aisles and common areas

Exhibitor space reservations will open on December 5, 2022. Exhibitors will be assigned space in rounds based on their length of time exhibiting at JSM; however, you may submit your commitment form at any time and indicate your preferred space(s). Spaces will be assigned during the following time bands:

Round 1 (15 or more years): December 5–15, 2022
Round 2 (11-14 years): December 16–30, 2022
Round 3 (6-10 years): January 2–13, 2023
Round 4 (1-5 years): January 16–31, 2023
Open selection for all new exhibitors begins February 1, 2023

Fees

1st End Booth $2,500
1st In-Line Booth $2,250
Additional Booths $2,000

Three exhibitor badges are provided per booth. Additional badges are available for $100 each. An exhibitor representative must be present when the EXPO is open. Exhibitor badges do not provide entry into sessions.

Cancelation Policy

Exhibitor cancelations will be refunded prior to April 30, 2023, less 50% per booth. No refunds will be given after April 30, 2023.

Sponsor opportunities are not refundable. On a case-by-case basis, sponsorship commitments may be transferred to other opportunities.

Career Service payments are nonrefundable once the recruiter has accessed the online service and posted jobs or reviewed candidates. Other recruiter cancelations will be refunded prior to May 31, 2023, less 50%. No refunds will be given after May 31, 2023.
