Abstract

Noorbaloochi et al (2022) used the ANOVA-decomposition of the likelihood ratios to characterize sufficiency and ancillarity. In this work, the characterization is employed to find the sufficient statistics in several examples where data have functional forms. The examples include Scale space random field, Rotation space random fields.
